• FEE CORRECTION — a registration fee, EV surcharge, or county add-on looks wrong on a state page or in a calculator. Include the state, the value you expected, and an official DMV/DOT link if you have one.
• PRIVACY — a CCPA/CPRA request (know, delete, or opt out of "sale/share"). See our Do Not Sell or Share My Info section for what we can and can't act on.
• PARTNERSHIP — affiliate, data licensing, or editorial collaboration. We only run programs we'd recommend without a payout.
• LEGAL — DMCA notices, trademark questions, or other legal correspondence for Zoom Lifestyle LLC.
• GENERAL — anything else, including feedback on a calculator or a feature request.

Response times

These are commitments, not estimates:

• Fee corrections & editorial fixes: 7–14 days. Verified errors are pushed live as soon as we confirm them against the official state source.
• Privacy / CCPA requests: within 45 days, per California Civil Code §1798.130.
• Legal & DMCA notices: reviewed within 7 business days.
• Partnerships & general: we read everything, but these are lower priority and may take longer.

Before you write about a fee

If a number looks off, it's usually one of two things: (a) a recent legislative change we haven't picked up in our quarterly rebuild yet, or (b) your county or locality charges differently from the state median our calculator uses by default. Each state page links the official DMV/DOT source — that's the canonical record we cross-reference, so including that link makes a correction much faster to verify.

What we can't help with

• We can't pay your registration or process DMV transactions. Use your state's official portal — every state page links it.
• We don't give legal or tax advice. Our calculators are estimates; verify with your DMV or a licensed professional before relying on a number.
• We can't look up your personal DMV record. We have no access to any government system or your account.
